When patching isn't enough anymore, a full Siding Replacement clears every old panel, checks the sheathing underneath, and starts the wall fresh.
Every tear-off includes a moisture reading on exposed sheathing before new material goes up, not just a visual glance.
Hidden rot gets caught and priced before it's covered back up, not discovered years later as a bigger problem.
Full removal and disposal is handled by insured crews familiar with Troy, IL disposal and permitting requirements.
We carry the liability coverage a full tear-off project requires, not just a repair-scale policy.
Local estimators can typically get to your home within days, not weeks, for a full replacement quote.
We prioritize homes with visible widespread damage or active leaks ahead of routine scheduling.
Tear-off, disposal, sheathing contingency, and new material are itemized separately on one written estimate.
If hidden damage is found mid-project, you approve that specific cost before we proceed — no blanket change orders.
A proper replacement means the wall behind the siding gets checked, not just covered over with something new.
Tear-off includes a walk of the exposed sheathing before anything new goes up. Dumpster or trailer placement is planned ahead of time so your driveway isn't blocked for the whole project.
Soft, delaminated, or water-stained sheathing gets cut out and replaced before new siding covers it back up. Plywood or OSB sections get matched in thickness to the original sheathing, not just whatever's on the truck.
A fresh weather-resistive barrier goes on before new panels, correctly lapped and taped at every seam. Window and door openings get flashed before the wrap goes on, not patched around afterward.
New panels go up to manufacturer spec once the wall behind them is confirmed sound. We double-check local wind ratings against the chosen material before finalizing the order.
Skipping trim during a re-side often means redoing it again within a few years once it's the odd piece out. Soffit vents get sized for the attic space above, not just swapped for a matching look.

An estimator walks the full exterior, checking for soft spots, staining, and previous repair patches.
You get a written estimate covering tear-off, disposal, sheathing contingency, and full re-side material and labor.
Daily site cleanup keeps nails and scrap out of your yard throughout the project.
They found rotted sheathing behind a section that looked fine from the outside — glad it got caught before new siding went over it.
Went with fiber cement on the replacement and the house looks completely different, in a good way.
Crew cleaned up every evening, which mattered since we have young kids playing in the yard after school.
Old house wrap was falling apart and they replaced it properly instead of just siding right over it.
One call gets you an honest repair-vs-replace recommendation.
